UGA-1000, the baseline standard defining the core architectural principles and structural constraints of the Unified Governance Architecture, has been released in Working Draft status.
The working draft provides a reference point for understanding the foundational structure of the architecture and supports early application, alignment, and feedback in controlled contexts. It is not a final or normative standard.
Stewardship of UGA-1000, including its maintenance and evolution across editions, now resides with UGSO following the formal hand-over of the Unified Governance Architecture from Terravive Group.
Further development will proceed through structured stewardship, application in real-world contexts, and purpose-bound co-creation, without implying policy positions or outcomes.
