The Unified Governance Architecture (UGA), including its full architectural scaffolding and initial governance elements in working-draft form, has been formally handed over from Terravive Group to UGSO.
This hand-over establishes UGSO as the independent steward responsible for the application, maintenance, and architectural continuity of the UGA and its associated governance elements. Terravive Group remains the initiating originator of the architecture, while stewardship and ongoing governance responsibility now reside with UGSO.
The transfer marks the first operational step in moving the governance architecture from origination into active, independent stewardship, without implying completion or policy outcomes.
