New Release of System Resilience Super-Standard

Final Draft availability of UGA-0000125 – System Resilience Super-Standard for reference and engagement.

UGSO has released a new version of the UGA-0000125 – System Resilience Super-Standard (Edition 1.0, Version 1.0) with Final Draft status. It formalizes the transition from the earlier UGC namespace to the UGA architecture namespace and supersedes UGC-0000125.

The document defines the resilience conditions that systems must satisfy to remain legitimate and operational within the Unified Governance Architecture. It establishes how systems are expected to behave under stress, degradation, disruption, recovery, and adaptation, ensuring continuity across their full lifecycle.

UGA-0000125 sits directly under UGA-1000 – Unified Governance Architecture Specification and forms one of the core super-standards governing system behaviour within the architecture. It provides the resilience reference against which downstream standards, protocols, and implementations can be evaluated.
