A new version of the UGA-1000 Master Governance Standard (Edition 1.0, Version 1.0) has been released with Final Draft status
UGA-1000 is the baseline standard defining the core architectural principles and structural constraints of the Unified Governance Architecture.
The final draft provides a reference point for understanding the foundational structure of the architecture and supports early application, alignment, and feedback in controlled contexts. It is not a normative standard.
Further development will proceed through structured stewardship, application in real-world contexts, and purpose-bound co-creation, without implying policy positions or outcomes.
