UGSO announces the release of UGA-0001 – Normative Values Master Definitions (Edition 1.0), issued with Final Draft status.
UGA-0001 establishes the normative foundations of the Unified Governance Architecture. It defines the axiomatic constraints and derived values that anchor governance architecture, standards, and procedural rules within the Unified Governance Framework.
This release supersedes UGX-0001, aligning the document with the Unified Governance Architecture namespace and its updated structural hierarchy.
UGA-0001 operates at the normative layer of the architecture. It does not prescribe governance procedures or operational rules. Instead, it defines the value-level conditions required for coherence, integrity, and reality alignment across governance systems.
