UGSO has released UGX-0001 – UGC Normative Values Master Definitions (Edition 1.0 – Public). This document defines the normative values architecture (UGV) of the Unified Governance Framework (UGF) and establishes the axiomatic constraints used to ensure coherence, integrity, and reality alignment across governance architecture and procedural rules operating within the Unified Governance Continuum (UGC).
UGX-0001 is non-operational and non-procedural. It does not prescribe actions, technologies, or outcomes. Its role is to anchor governance structures by alignment rather than enforcement, and to prevent structural drift as governance systems evolve. It builds on the initial handover of the Unified Governance Framework into UGSO stewardship.
Together with UGA-1000 – UGC Master Governance Standard, UGX-0001 completes the foundational layers of the Unified Governance Framework. Subsequent rules and procedures will be developed within these constraints.
The public edition is released to support transparency, scrutiny, and informed engagement. It reflects a values architecture that has been tested against real-world conditions prior to publication, rather than asserted in the abstract.
The public edition of UGX-0001 will be made available on its official page on 14 January 2026, together with a supporting document detailing stress-testing across a range of real-world scenarios.
