• Formal declaration of the UGC as an integrated governance ecosystem, with the Unified Governance Architecture (UGA) as its foundational framework.
• Establishment and launch of Unified Governance Systems Organization (UGSO)
• Definition of the structural layers, including UGA-1000 as the foundation layer and the Structural Layer below it.
  • Identification and scoping of the four Structural Layer families:
    • UGA-0000105 ‒ Governance Principles
    • UGA-0000107 ‒ System Governance
    • UGA-0000125 ‒ System Resilience
    • UGA-0000134 ‒ Human Governance
• Clarification of stewardship intent and roles, without asserting enforcement or authority.

• Interim delegation arrangements established, with Terravive Group acting as delegate for the functions of the following future bodies:

  • Unified Governance Values Institute (UGVI)

  • Unified Governance Standards Body (UGSB)

• Launch of initial supporting initiatives as lineage anchors, including the Circular System Governance Initiative. Clarification: The launch of these initiatives does not constitute claims of standards adoption, endorsement, or demonstrated impact.
• Alignment with DNV-SE-0160 following standard mapping by DNV.
  • Definition of certification pathway for initiatives TG-2015 and TG-2033.
• Publication of the initial structural UGA scaffolding, combining detailed draft definitions with more tentative, abstract definitions, forming the baseline for all subsequent development.
